SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER II-Juarez

The Systems Programmer II develops, tests, and modifies software to improve efficiency of business operations and operating systems.  Performs moderately complex modification, testing, and debugging tasks on application software: 

  • For data manipulation and/or workflow operations
  • For database manipulation using CodeBase, ODBC, and SQL
  • Using third party software such as OCR engine, Imaging tools and mainframe interface
  • Using GUI interfaces, sockets, XML, DLL packaging
  • With object oriented and non-object oriented architectures.
  • Maintain necessary documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of four years of systems programming experience

Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C++; Java
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic, MFC, SQL, or ODBC is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in one of the following databases: dBase, MS Access, MSSQL, Oracle

WEB DEVELOPER-Juarez

The Web Developer is responsible for leading development, testing and modification of web software to improve efficiency of business operations and operating systems. Responsible for providing technical direction for the Web Development team, including the development of standards, documentation and training. Ensures standards compliance through design and code reviews.  Responsible for the Company site (intra-net and inter-net) as a whole, client updates and manual changes to database structures and values.  Assigns general specification with a life-cycle scope on new application software.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT field.  Master's preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of systems programming experience

Skills

  • Ability to perform complex design modification, documentation, testing and debugging tasks on projects, including Rapid development for dynamic sits using large-scale databases, multiple, integrated paperless systems, inter-net web portals and cross-site interfaces, graphic design, frame navigation and live motion animation

NETWORK SYSTEMS ENGINEER

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, support and management of all DATAMARK, Inc. LAN/WAN.  Responsibilities include all technical aspect of design, configuration and documentation of Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, and Cisco PIX Firewalls.  The network Engineer must be well-versed in network security, IP planning/implementation, Cisco routing protocols, WAN communication (T1, Frame Relay) and other related networking technology.  Provides technical leadership through analysis, design, installation, and support of DATAMARK, Inc. LAN/WAN.  Configures, installs, maintains, tests, analyzes, evaluates, and upgrades network equipment and services.  Maintains/develops documentation and standards to direct the network activities.  Communicates with Client Services, programming, customers, and management to design and implement network equipment/configurations to support new and changing projects.  Links long-term goals with short-term implementation.  Works closely with other IT staff to support all aspects of the LAN/WAN.  Cross train IT staff to reduce IT response time for network trouble and network requests.  Analyzes and provides information to management for assessing WAN circuit utilization and provides guidance for selecting appropriate WAN circuit bandwidth for new projects.   Reviews technical data to ensure optimum performance of the LAN/WAN.  Leads business continuity planning (BCP) efforts.  Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies require change.  Develops new policies where necessary.  Leads special projects required to assess/implement innovations within the organization.  Assists in developing a plan to assess/implement VoIP and/or IP telephony solution and provides support after implementation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems preferred.  Related degree considered. 
  • CCNP Certification preferred.

CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST-Juarez

The Configuration Management Specialist performs duties including developing, maintaining, executing and enforcing CM related policies and procedures. The Configuration Management Specialist manages and executes the Request for Change processes, provides support to testing activities, manages the CM baselines and branches of documentation and software. The Configuration Management Specialist supports the overall quality of the project by ensuring that industry best practices are implemented and adhered to in accordance with project goals. The Configuration Management Specialists acts as a liaison between the Software Development and Software Validation departments. Develops, maintains, executes and enforces CM related policies and procedures. Manages and executes the Request for Change processes Implements, tests and delivers code and objects to Test and Product environments. Supports the overall quality of the project through implementation of industry best practices. Acts as a liaison between the Software Development and Software Validation departments.   Performs operational and maintenance tasks. Maintains software baselines. Maintains technical ownership. Provides post-implementation reviews and corrective research.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in a business environment.

The General Accountant staff is responsible for providing professional accounting administrative and advisory services for an assigned accounting area.  This position is responsible to ensure that GAAP and FASB concepts and standards are applied, regulatory requirements are adhered to, and best practices relating to Internal Control and financial reporting methods are implemented.  The General Accountant must maintain a professional code of ethics.

IT SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

The Systems Technical will maintain and configure end user based hardware and software.  This will include preparation and certification of all personal computer and communication cabling.  Specific duties include installation of computer equipment, completing necessary wiring of system's components, testing new equipment, locating and replacing faulty components, maintaining an up-to-dated knowledge of PC hardware and software, maintaining network rights, user configurations, project documentation and network server programs, maintaining telecommunications cabling for network, telephones, and high speed T1 circuits.
