SALES

The Sales Person is responsible for generating new business by representing the company and its service offering in a manner that is consistent with DATAMARK's Mission and Strategy.  Duties include:  Identify, contact, follow up with and close new business related to mailroom, RPR, Scanning, Microfilming, Data Entry, Queues Processing, Document Storage and Document Destruction, as well as other areas.  Generate Leads and cold calls.  Prepare and present appropriate presentations on and off site.  Prepare and provide quotations to prospective customers.  Ensure appropriate involvement of DATAMARK operations throughout the sales cycle.  Identify new markets and services.  Represent DATAMARK at trade shows.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field
  • Minimum of four years of consultative outside sales

PROCESSOR

The Processor supports the Processing Department in various responsibilities with excellent customer service and attention to detail.  Performs all duties assigned according to procedure.  Assists the Senior Processor in troubleshooting various problems that may come up.  Assist Senior Processor in research, development and documentation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of PC systems
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Database and Word Processing literate

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Performs a variety of maintenance and support services to the entire facility.  Assists the Facilities Supervisor as needed in a wide variety of tasks.  Assists in coordinating the use and upkeep of Datamark vehicles.  Repair equipment and perform building maintenance as directed.  Perform janitorial duties when necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Valid Driver's License with no more than one moving violation in the past three years
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Minimum of one year experience in building maintenance

Skills

  • General knowledge of tools, building maintenance and small equipment repair
DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Enter data on a PC workstation from CRT images or client provided written source documents.  Perform data entry in an accurate and timely fashion ustilizing specified Datamark procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Data Entry-Alpha/Numeric

Skills

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with a 98% accuracy rating in numeric or alpha/numeric mix
ACCOUNTANT-El Paso

The General Accountant staff is responsible for providing professional accounting administrative and advisory services for an assigned accounting area.  This position is responsible to ensure that GAAP and FASB concepts and standards are applied, regulatory requirements are adhered to, and best practices relating to Internal Control and financial reporting methods are implemented.  The General Accountant must maintain a professional code of ethics.

Qualifications

  • BBA-Accounting
  • Three to Five Years of experience
  • Tax Reporting and Financial Statements

Administrative Assistant

This position reports directly to the President of the company and performs work for other Executives in the Executive office.  Peforms admininstrative functions and schedules corporate travel.

Education: Minimum of High School diploma, some college preferred.

Experience:  Minimum of two years of experience performing in a high profile administrative role.
