Extend the Wire Solution

Objective

Implement a means of providing the labor force necessary for capturing remittance data for a Financial client. Hardware and software already in place at the client’s site would continue to be used since a large investment had already been made for those elements of the solution.

Solution

DATAMARK designed and developed a fully-redundant network between our two remote keying sites (one on-shore and one off-shore) and the clients processing center. The network featured no single points of failure and allowed DATAMARK employees to securely connect directly to the client’s existing system. In this way, the client was able to successfully outsource the data capture process, as well as all management elements involved with providing the labor force.
