On-shore refers to work that is processed in the US. Near-shore refers to work that is processed in Mexico or other locations that can be readily visited and audited from US locations. Far-shore refers to work that is processed in distant locations.

We have found that each of our clients has different reasons for their choice of location, and many use a blend. Factors to be considered include your own clients’ preferences, accessibility, skills required, cost management, mail dependence, etc.

Keying From Image. Much of DATAMARK’s document processing is governed by a proven ability to capture data from the electronic images of documents. DATAMARK can process from already existing images or can render the images in-house, from paper documents. The capture of the electronic image allows for more efficiency and accuracy in data capture. Each project implementation plan is unique to the process needs of the client. In the first step of the development and implementation process, the DATAMARK Development Team will compose a detailed project plan, subject to client review. Each plan will differ, but serves as an informative guide throughout the implementation process.

DATAMARK works with each client to agree on a solution that will best meet individual needs. We have clients that purchase all of the equipment up front; while for others we incorporate the cost of the equipment into our billing rates over the life of the agreement.
