Client System Interfacing
DATAMARK offers services for interfacing and integrating with 3rd-party systems, according to client needs. This allows new business processes to take advantage of existing systems or frameworks, and supplement them with improved technology and processes.
In implementation, DATAMARK currently supports processes that electronically interface with client legacy systems, including mainframes. Data from these external systems can then be used for enacting business rules on the workflow side or supplementing validation of process data. Data in these systems can also be remotely updated and manipulated in order to synchronize information as necessary. Additionally, DATAMARK software can be configured to access any combination of remote databases for validation or tracking purposes.
