Mailroom Processing

Inbound

DATAMARK currently receives over 250,000 envelopes per day from PO Boxes, USPS Express Re-ship, UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express, and other couriers. Mail is received 6 days a week and pickup locations are within 2 miles, allowing for multiple quick pickups per day.

Over 500,000 documents are extracted daily from received mail, which is processed with Omation Slicing Machines and OPEX Workstations. Mail sorts are determined according to client needs, with our current largest mailroom process requiring over 130 manual sorts.

Automated Sorting

DATAMARK utilizes a Böwe Bell + Howell Criterion IV Sorter for processing a wide variety of mail with increased throughput at a rate of up to 36,000 pieces per hour.

Outbound

DATAMARK offers outbound mail services as required to meet client needs. Letters are generated based on any specified qualifying conditions and data is gathered and compiled based on any desired data combinations. Documents are then printed and combined into dynamically-addressed envelopes for distribution to client customers. Generated letters are then tracked through on-line systems where clients can view and update items in real-time.
