Quality Assurance
DATAMARK utilizes Quality Assurance techniques to monitor and make internal process adjustments in order to ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements.
Verification
DATAMARK also uses verification techniques, such as data double-checks and validations, to ensure the accuracy of data throughout the process.
Training
Employee training and certification is crucial for achieving high quality. DATAMARK employees individually undergo several levels of training to ensure that they develop the skills necessary to successfully complete the task at hand.
Web Audit
DATAMARK currently offers an on-line auditing solution to several clients. Developed and enhanced over the last 2 years, this option offers an interactive approach between DATAMARK and clients for auditing, tracking, and improving the quality of services performed by DATAMARK. The system presents items to be reviewed in an on-line environment so that clients may audit from any location of their choice. The client then marks any errors, according to pre-determined criteria, and can provide any desired comments regarding an error. In a second phase of the system, DATAMARK staff can log in to review any reported errors, with an option of accepting or rebutting each. The various stages of review can continue as desired by the client and provide an open forum for addressing errors in detail, thus identifying possible solutions and/or improvements in processing, always with the intention of improving quality. The system also provides detailed reporting measures for retrieving historical data and identifying trends.
