Robust Security Features

Security is the first priority for all sensitive data at DATAMARK. All aspects of security are controlled and monitored, to include:

Personnel

All applicants are comprehensively screened using background checks, OFAC screens, and drug screens. Interviews, employment verification, HIPAA education, and confidentiality agreements are a must.

Network

DATAMARK employs firewalls, routers, unique user id’s, and passwords to maintain security on the network. We have a complete, detailed security manual that is available for onsite review at anytime by our clients.

Access Control

Access to each building is controlled by ID Card Swipe access programmable to specific facilities and times. Visitors are only allowed for official company business with DATAMARK and must wear visitor badges and be accompanied by a DATAMARK authorized employee at all times. Security guards are employed at both the El Paso and Juarez sites.

Intruder System

DATAMARK buildings are protected by remotely monitored intrusion systems. Extra sensors are employed for detecting door and glass breakage, and motion. Warnings are automatically relayed to the Police Department.

Fire Detection and Protection

DATAMARK utilizes remotely monitored fire and smoke detection systems. Fire extinguishers and fire sprinkler systems are in place and monitored regularly.

Closed Circuit Television

A network of cameras and monitors provide 24-hour surveillance for DATAMARK facilities.

Disaster Recovery Plan

This plan protects DATAMARK and our clients in the event of major or minor emergencies. It is available upon request and can be modified or expanded to meet specific client needs.
