Founders

   Bill & Becky Holmes incorporated DATAMARK in late 1989 to accommodate the company’s first contract to process express manifests for Federal Express.  The first payroll was in El Paso Texas for 26 employees in February of 1990.  Over the first eleven years the company expanded into Mexico with two production centers and nearly 2,000 employees by the turn of the century.  Bill served as President until 2001 and continues as CEO and Chairman of the Board.  Becky was Executive Vice president of Operations until 2001 when she assumed the role of Vice Chairman.  At that time Bill Randag who had been with the company since 1993 was made President.
