John Holmes-Sr. Vice President

Since 1989, John Holmes has been an integral part of the successful development of DATAMARK. His expertise has impacted many areas including IT, Human Resource, Purchasing, Operations (Data entry, Remittance, and Mailroom operations), and Quality Assurance.

As Vice President of Mexico Operations, for the years 2001-2004, John was responsible for all operations at plant sites in Ciudad Juarez and Chihuahua Mexico. Projects included the re-designing of site layouts, implementation of new projects, workflow management, and most importantly the development of a Quality Assurance Department.

Currently, John oversees the Operations, HR and Facilities Departments. In these areas, he has been responsible for structured reorganization and redirection, which have led to positive changes in management and vision for the company. His strong leadership skills have also allowed for other members of the team to develop their own skills.

John’s specialty is finding areas that need redevelopment and directing the process, thus facilitating steady expansion.
