Process Analysis – In preparation for an outsourcing transition, DATAMARK's experienced Project Management Team will assess your current back-office process using our PREP methodology. An acronym for Prepare, Review, Evaluate, and Propose, PREP is a rigorous step-by-step analysis that defines your requirements, benchmarks your current level of operations, and  identifies opportunities for improvement.

Process Migration – Using our Process Migration Methodology (PMM), DATAMARK implements best practices and quality control techniques to ensure a smooth, seamless transition of your back-office process to an outsourcing model. Our PMM also ensures the delivery of outsourced services remains on time, on budget and at the same quality levels as an in-house process.

Process Improvement – Once the process is transitioned, it is leaned, standardized, stabilized, and documented using Lean and Six Sigma efficiency and quality-control methodologies. Metrics are developed to measure and report key process drivers for real-time remote monitoring and management. After key performance indicators are met, DATAMARK re-analyzes the process to deliver continued improvements in efficiency, speed, and quality.

Process Replication – Now familiar with company processes, operating procedures, and needs, DATAMARK can easily transition other back-office processes to the outsourcing model or relocate processes to an onshore, offshore or farshore location that offers required skill-sets at attractive labor rates.
