If your corporate mailroom is has grown into an unmanageable mess of lost information and soaring costs, it’s time to consider turning it over to a specialist.
However, for large organizations with scores of employees handling thousands of pieces of mail and electronic documents every day, outsourcing a mailroom is a major project that requires smart, step-by-step planning.
To help executives learn about the best practices for implementing an outsourced mailroom, the Outsourcing Institute will present the webinar, “Mailroom Outsourcing: Seize the Opportunity,” at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, Jan. 30.
The free 30-minute webinar will feature expert speakers Barb Pellow, Group Director of InfoTrends, and Bill Randag, President of business process outsourcing firm DATAMARK, Inc.
The presentation will include an overview of options for mailroom outsourcing, including off-site, on-site (facility-managed), and onshore and nearshore solutions. The speakers will discuss the opportunities and cost benefits available through business process outsourcing, and will provide insight on selecting a supplier.
Pellow has an expert background in digital printing and publishing as well as marketing from her experience at Kodak, Xerox, IKON Office Solutions and the Rochester Institute of Technology.
