Data capture services are performed at all of DATAMARK's locations, within client restricted areas using dedicated employees.

The actual data entry process (Keying) as well as Optical Character Recognition allow for verification, double keying, critical field evaluations, entry rules, form identification and other key functionality with greater flexibility than our competitors. DATAMARK maintains better than 99.5% field level accuracy on its single pass data entry. During all image handling solutions intense audits and controls are implemented along with a high level of security in keeping with our customer’s needs.

DATAMARK captures data from over 2.5 million forms a day across all of our facilities.

Complex Keying 

DATAMARK performs Member and Provider Lookups to resolve errors on claims. In the Banking Industry we perform Account Number and Address Lookups, Account Validation, and Address Change. This experience and knowledge will translate into accurate and reliable data entry for all correspondence, regardless of where we need to retrieve the information.

Quality Control 

During the indexing and data entry process, a random number of documents will be flagged for verification. This verification process allows for a second operator to re-key the data, and in the event of discrepancies, select the correct data to be retained. Bases on the client’s preference, we can measure Quality by DPMO, Error Rate or Accuracy Rate.

Keying Technology Developed by Datamark 

Research and Repair is a process developed for a current healthcare client where the original process workflow did not allow for database verification of critical field information. DATAMARK and the client jointly developed an application that now allows the operator to perform database lookups for member and provider information prior to data transmission back to the client. This process significantly increased the auto adjudication rate within the client’s system. Critical fields are now corrected prior to transmission.
