Freight Bill Services
DATAMARK provides end-to-end Freight Bill Processing solutions. Though every solution is customized to the requirements of the client, typically DATAMARK receives paper freight bills sent to a client-dedicated P.O. box or scanned Images transmitted to us online. If paper, then the mail containing the freight bills is opened, sorted, and prepared for scanning or data entry. The captured data is utilized for further processing or:
- Entered directly into an existing client system
- Transmitted in batches
- Posted online through DATAMARK's secure client portal
- Shipped on CD/DVD
- Emailed
Once the data has been captured and the freight bills processed, the paper documents are either securely destroyed or archived for a period of 30, 60, or 90 days and then destroyed.
