Non-Staff

DATAMARK does NOT offer any Data Entry-from-home or any other work-from-home positions. Non-management Background checks are conducted based on the client requirements, but can include: Criminal Background Checks, Credit Checks, an OFAC, Education and Employment Verification, and a Drug Screen.

 

Staff

DATAMARK always considers internal candidates for management positions first because of the training they have received and their familiarity with our processes. If we are unable to promote from within, the position will be listed above, as well as, on Careerbuilder.com.

 

We conduct telephone screen interviews for individuals who are not located in our area. Depending on the telephone interview, DATAMARK will schedule the candidate for an on-site interview. All local candidates are brought on-site to complete testing and conduct face-to-face interviews.

 

All management and supervisory positions require the candidate to submit to a series of testing such as the Wonderlic, Following detailed instructions, and Providing a writing sample.  Additionally, all candidates must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check, an OFAC, Education and Employment Checks, and a Drug Screen.
