- The duration (days) of the training is planned based on the requirement of the project.
- Typing test – a remittance processing typing test is used to screen applicants for 10-key speed and quality prior to being offered a job.
- Theory – high level description of the function they are performing as well as the impact an error made will have on the consumer.
- Practical in training environment
- The number of training hours depends on the complexity of the job
Quality Standards
- Should have scored the required % for Project Instruction
- Output should have met the required Quality
- Should have delivered the required output (productivity)
- Should have the Interpretation skills on Handwritten Text (if required)
- Regular in attendance
- More samples with different patterns are loaded in training environment
- Refreshers are conducted as ‘Group Discussion’, ‘Quiz’, ‘Puzzle’ etc.
- Low performers are identified and moved to training environment for improvement
On-Going Training
- Robust Online Evaluation & Certification process – Focus on specific needs of the client like handwritten text, interpretation skills, etc.
- Online job aids and training manuals available for reference during production
