DATAMARK has been heavily involved with various recognition technologies for over 9 years, offering such solutions in areas where the efficiency of the client process can be logically, accurately, and financially improved by the technology. Each implementation of OCR, OMR, or IMR technologies is custom-designed to meet the data needs of the customer. DATAMARK has been successful in recognizing a broad range of information off of scanned forms, including text, barcodes, and check boxes, in either standard or non-standard formats.

All data captured passes through several validation stages in order to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data, according to client business rules. As necessary, data may pass through a manual review stage where a data capture operator can make a decision regarding data integrity.

Data Capture

DATAMARK offers data capture services at all facilities, on-shore, near-shore, and far-shore.

• U.S: 1.2 million forms captured daily
• Mexico: 1.8 million forms captured daily
• India: 300 thousand forms captured daily

Specialized operators capture data off of standard and non-standard forms. Field data capture may be simple, with “key-as-you-see” rules, or it may involve more complex processing, as with adjudication functions.
