New Technology

Our strategy is to be a fast follower with regard to new technology. We only move toward new technologies when they are stable and represent a value to our customers and DATAMARK. DATAMARK ensures that quality equipment and high-level technical expertise are employed across every site. Some features of our operations include:

• Utilization of a multi-platform, multi-protocol, routed redundant network.
• A Wide Area Network consisting of Frame Relay, ISDN, and unchanneled T1 link designed to be redundant via multiple long distance and multiple fiber based local exchange carriers.
• Local Area Network consisting of fiber back-boned high end Cisco routers and switches.
• Highly scaleable network design capable of supporting limitless client volumes.
• Policies and procedures keep all critical and important servers in a warrantable state with regular backups and imaging to NAS devices.

State-of-the-Art Processing Facilities

DATAMARK El Paso is located in a technology park with 2 Telco’s terminating in our building, providing DATAMARK with redundant carrier service and significant scalability. We currently have over 50 client T1’s terminating in our El Paso facility and DATAMARK maintains another 10 inter-company T1’s for bandwidth redundancy between domestic and near-shore processing centers. 

DATAMARK goes to great lengths to insulate our clients from any technology changes that we might deploy. We do this by clearly defining our interface protocols with our clients and consistently keeping them as static as possible.
