DATAMARK sets up a detailed reporting and monitoring system to meet the specific needs of the client with each newly established project. Reports and monitoring mechanisms are made available in real-time over the internet through our secure client portal site.  In this way, volume can be easily tracked and quality can be easily monitored so that anomalies can be identified and resolved quickly.

 

 

Auditing 

 Developed and enhanced over the last 2 years, DATAMARK's on-line auditing solution creates an interactive environment that facilitates collaboration for auditing, tracking, and improving the quality of services performed . The system allows clients to access information from any computer with internet access. Within the application, clients can mark errors, according to pre-determined criteria, and provide feedback regarding any errors.

 

In the second phase of the system, DATAMARK staff can log into review any reported errors, with an option of accepting or rebutting each. The various stages of review can continue as desired by the client and provide an open forum for addressing errors in detail, thus identifying possible solutions and/or improvements in processing, always with the intention of improving quality. The system also provides detailed reporting measures for retrieving historical data and identifying trends.
