History

Bill and Becky Holmes founded DATAMARK®, Inc. in El Paso, Texas in 1989 to process documents for their first customer, a Fortune 500 overnight courier. Since then, DATAMARK has grown to be a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact center services. It is one of the largest privately owned companies headquartered in El Paso.

DATAMARK operates service delivery centers in El Paso and San Antonio, Texas, and Mexico and India. We provide services and solutions for enterprises across all industries and the government sector. We operate high-volume digital mailrooms and provide document processing and document management services for the world’s best-known brands. At our contact centers worldwide, we provide customer support on behalf of leading retailers, manufacturers, telecommunication providers and others.

2016

DATAMARK opens up a second location in India, in Mumbai.

2015

In 2015, DATAMARK celebrates its 25th year of providing outsourced business services and process improvement consulting to Fortune 500 customers.

2014

DATAMARK announces a joint venture with Integrated Human Capital: Oveana Global Business Services. Oveana opens its first contact center in El Paso, serving the Excentus Fuel Rewards program. DATAMARK agents provide multichannel customer service in English and Spanish

2013

DATAMARK continues its expansion into the contact center space, opening a 160-seat service center in Mexico to serve Young America, a provider of promotional marketing services. DATAMARK agents serve YA client customers in English and Spanish.

2012

Having grown to become much more than a business process outsourcing (BPO) company, DATAMARK formally establishes a department of Business Engineering. DATAMARK’s Business Engineers deliver business process solutions for large enterprises, including consulting and process improvement services.

2011

Opens new corporate headquarters in Downtown El Paso

Opens on-site digital mailroom processing facility in San Antonio, Texas

Transitions keying air waybills from image from Mexico to India
