Every new project initiative is assigned a dedicated team to work with the client from inception through implementation. When a project is in the initiation phase, it is managed by a Project Manager with Commercial Management and Operational oversight. The Project Manager acts as a single point of contact for the client during project implementation and is responsible for involving representatives from associated departments as necessary.
After initial implementation, the project is turned over to the Commercial Manager and a production team. The Commercial Manager institutes monitoring and continuous improvement strategies and ensures all client expectations are met and exceeded. Additionally, the Commercial Manager monitors Service Level Agreements, oversees project implementations and change management, and acts as liaison between the client and all departments at DATAMARK.
