To guarantee the highest standards for the work we do, DATAMARK incorporates a Quality Assurance program in all of our digital mailroom, document processing and other elements of our enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.

Our Quality Assurance program includes:

  • Benchmarking: Before the business process transition, DATAMARK will benchmark activities to capture current quality metrics.
  • Standardization: Processes and training are standardized using best practices to attain the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Verification: We conduct daily quality sampling on all employees for accountability and incentive purposes.
  • Web Audit Reporting: We report overall quality for each process step to clients via a secure web interface. We report on all corrective actions until they are completed.
  • Incentives: Employees are monetarily incented to meet quality commitments.
  • Continuous Improvement: DATAMARK will regularly recommend process improvements and technology enhancements.
