For over 30 years, John Holmes has been an integral part of DATAMARK’s success. His expertise in the areas of Operations, Human Resources, Project Management, Information Technology, Software Development, and Quality have all supported his ability to lead the company towards consistent growth. His expansive knowledge over many areas of the organization has enabled him to lead the team in a way that collectively delivers innovative BPO solutions to our customers.
From 2001-2004, John held the role of Vice President of Mexico Operations. During this time, he was responsible for redesigning the company’s site layouts, implementing new projects, workflow management, and, most importantly, developing a Quality Assurance Department. He quickly understood the key elements to bringing up new sites that can effectively serve client requirements and a growing workforce.
As Sr. Vice President, John has played a critical role in bringing up operations across the globe to include US sites in San Antonio, El Paso, and Harrisburg, India sites in Mumbai and Chennai, and Mexico sites in Chihuahua and Juarez. He has additionally worked to formalize new entities that are critical to expanding DATAMARK’s reach. His ability to engage all areas of the organization in such operational endeavors has proven instrumental in formalizing a more robust and unified approach to delivering effective solutions to our clients.
John has many years of experience overseeing reorganization and redirection initiatives, which have led to positive changes in management and vision for the company. His depth of experience in the BPO field has made him an excellent mentor for members of the DATAMARK team. John’s specialty is finding areas in business processes that need redevelopment and re-engineering, thus facilitating continuous improvement efforts for DATAMARK’s customers and employees.
