Oveana Global Business Services, a newly formed joint venture between DATAMARK and Integrated Human Capital recently celebrated the opening of a new call center in El Paso for one of the partnership’s first clients, Excentus Corporation.
The 40-seat multichannel contact center, formally known as the Fuel Rewards Member Services Support Center, will provide customer service to Fuel Rewards program members by phone, email, text, and social media.
Dallas-based Excentus is the owner and operator of the Fuel Rewards program, a free loyalty program that allows its members to earn rewards on everyday purchases redeemable for fuel savings at participating Shell stations across the U.S.
Oveana is majority-owned by El Paso native Rosa Santana, owner and CEO of Integrated Human Capital. Santana serves as Oveana’s CEO. DATAMARK, founded by Bill and Becky Holmes, has provided outsourced business services in the El Paso-Juarez region for 25 years. DATAMARK President Bill Randag serves as Oveana’s vice president.
“What a wonderful way to kick off Oveana’s first year of operation—by celebrating an exciting partnership with our new client, Excentus,” said Oveana CEO Rosa Santana. “We are delighted to be the call center services provider of choice for Excentus and we are committed to providing Fuel Rewards program customers outstanding support and service.”
The company celebrated the grand opening of the contact center on Monday, Nov. 10 with ribbon-cutting and other festivities. The center is located in the Butterfield Trail Industrial Park, adjacent to the El Paso International Airport.
“The Oveana joint venture between IHC and DATAMARK arose from a shared vision of creating new economic opportunities for the Paso del Norte region and beyond,” said Oveana Vice President Bill Randag. “Today we celebrate the opening of the call center for Excentus. It’s the first of what we expect will be many more success stories for this joint venture.”
