SHAWN OLLIS
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Global Operations, Shawn Ollis provides strategic leadership to the global operations team to ensure world-class service and client satisfaction while partnering with sales and marketing on the continued growth of the DATAMARK business.
With more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams through periods of high growth and sustained performance, Shawn’s expertise spans multiple Fortune 500 organizations in several sectors, including financial services, BPO, human capital management, and telecommunications.
Throughout his career, Shawn has had the opportunity to lead and partner with teams across the globe, including multiple sites in the United States, the Philippines, India, Mexico, and Ireland.
Shawn is very active and involved in his community, serving on multiple non-profit boards and committees and volunteering at his church. Currently, he serves as the Board President for the Children’s Grief Center of El Paso, is an active member of the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Men’s Advisory Council for the YWCA of El Paso Del Norte, serves as the Business Advisory Council Chair for The University of Texas at El Paso’s College of Business Administration and has been on the El Paso Chambers’ Board of Directors for many years.
