MATT LOCHAUSEN
VICE PRESIDENT -SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
As Vice President of Security & Compliance, Matt Lochausen oversees the Information Security and Contract Management programs for DATAMARK’s global operations.
With more than three decades of experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, Matt and his team work hand in hand with our clients and operations teams to ensure strict adherence to and ongoing compliance with Information Security policies and standards, including FISMA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2 Type II security requirements.
During his career at DATAMARK, Matt has had leadership responsibilities in virtually every aspect of the company’s multi-national operations. Before his current role, Matt served as Vice President of Information Technology with responsibilities over the company’s global IT Infrastructure.
His past experience also includes managing and overseeing many corporate departments, including Mexico Operations, Production Operations, Client Services, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Commercial Management.
Matt’s leadership has been key in the development, implementation, and management of a wide range of business processes. These processes range from omnichannel and multilingual contact center services, document lifecycle management, and finance & accounting outsourcing for Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises spanning the financial, healthcare, and transportation sectors.
