SATISH KUMAR
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Satish Kumar serves as Vice President of Operations at DATAMARK, bringing nearly three decades of leadership and operational expertise to the organization. In his current role as Vice President of Operations, Satish continues to drive strategic business growth and further develop the leadership team to manage operational growth effectively.
Since joining the company as an Assistant Manager in 2006, Satish has played a pivotal role in expanding and elevating DATAMARK’s global operational footprint across diverse business environments. He has successfully led some of the company’s largest and most complex operational portfolios. In 2020, Satish was named Director of India Operations. Following his relocation to San Antonio, Texas, in 2023 to support the India operations and the San Antonio site, he was promoted to Senior Director for India and U.S. Operations in 2024 and subsequently to Vice President of Operations in 2025.
A chemistry graduate from the University of Madras, Satish also holds a diploma in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Known for his people-centric leadership, he fosters collaboration, builds high-performing teams, and champions a strong growth mindset across the organization.
