Randy Arellano brings with him to DATAMARK a history of success in Contact Center, Customer Service and BPO organizations. As Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, he is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Marketing departments, while providing our current and prospective clients with solutions to simplify their complex business challenges and elevate their customer experience.
Randy helps companies in multiple industries develop more loyal customers, minimize cost, develop effective go-to-market strategies, and truly differentiate themselves from the competition. His work results in customers that become brand champions for your business, which leads to increased market share and improved customer retention. With 30 years in the outsourcing industry, he views your business at the enterprise level, and provides tangible solutions that create concrete results based on your specific needs.
His goal is to develop the most efficient and profitable business services for our clients with a continued commitment to excellence in quality, and a focus on the customer experience – all within the highest ethical business practices. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Global & International Business Management from Bellevue University.
