Erick Carcamo

Erick Carcamo serves as Vice President of Global Facilities & Project Management Operations at DATAMARK, bringing more than 30 years of leadership and operational expertise to the organization. In his role, Erick leads global site strategy, facilities operations, and enterprise project management, focusing on building and scaling delivery environments that support both near-term client needs and long-term growth objectives.
Prior to joining DATAMARK in January 2026, Erick served as Vice President of Operations at Conifer, where he oversaw offshore operations and aligned onshore and offshore leadership for performance and delivery. Before that, he spent seven years at Teleperformance, formerly Majorel, as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he led multi-country operations across the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Kenya, growing his regional workforce to nearly 20,000 employees.
Earlier in his career, Erick held progressive leadership roles at Sykes, serving as Vice President of District Operations, as well as senior client leadership positions at Zenta and RMH. He began his career at Reese Teleservices in 1995, advancing from a front-line role into management.
Throughout his career, Erick has demonstrated a strong track record of operational excellence. He scaled the Philippines workforce at Majorel from 780 to 8,500 employees while launching new sites across Malaysia and Kenya. He also increased annual revenues from $21 million to $230 million over five consecutive years across five countries. He has led end-to-end global site strategy initiatives, including location selection, facility design, build-out, and operational readiness across Asia, Africa, and North America.
Erick is recognized for his disciplined execution, people-centered leadership, and ability to align operational strategy with long-term business objectives.
