Nina Brown

Nina Brown

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

A long-standing veteran of DATAMARK since 2000, Nina leads DATAMARK’s growth and expansion in the business process servicing (BPO) and contact center markets. Brown, who has served for many years as DATAMARK’s technical sales specialist in support of the company’s business development activities, is currently responsible for the company’s Sales and Marketing departments.

After joining DATAMARK in 2000 as a Stanford-trained software developer, Nina played an active role in leading software development projects for clients in the financial services, insurance, and healthcare payer sectors, helping achieve new levels of process efficiency and cost savings. Nina later took on significant roles in Project Management, leading large-scale BPO transitions, including the launch of new consolidated mailroom services for a prominent leader in the banking industry. She then continued to partner with Sales and Marketing to expand partnerships, services, and new operating facilities.

Fergal brings 30 years of experience in Technology, with a focus on delivering resilience, high quality, and customer delight while continuously driving transformational change.

Prior to joining DATAMARK, Fergal spent 15 years at T-Systems in positions with nationwide and international responsibility. His previous experience includes time at Fujitsu and British Airways in a variety of senior Technology roles in both Europe and the USA.
